Every 4th of July you will see people posting pictures of fireworks on social media. If you want to take amazing pictures that people will want to share, I have put together some tips that you can use to make your photos look like a pro.

In sales it is easy to want to seek out new strategies. We can run from place to place, seminar to seminar and person to person to find out “what’s working now” The problem is that what works for one, may or may not work for you. Here are 3 ways to make your new found strategy a success.
- You MUST take ownership of the strategy. Simply copying a strategy that worked for someone else may or may not work for you. You must understand that you will need to take full ownership of the strategy and deliver it with passion, excitement, and enthusiasm.
- You MUST execute the strategy. Learning is never enough. We must fully put into practice what we learn. For example, if you learn a new sales script for gaining referrals, but you deliver it in an unexciting tone and lack luster body language, it would be unreasonable to believe it would have the same results that the person you learned it from is receiving.
- You MUST bring the passion. Most trainers who talk about strategies they used to grow their business, miss the fact that they executed the strategy with full vigor. If you are going to take a sales strategy and make it work for you, then you must bring the passion.
There is nothing wrong with seeking out new ways of gaining business, just make sure that when you find them you will be as committed to their execution as the person you learned them from.

Yesterday I was reminded of the David versus Goliath story once again. The Kansas Jayhawks who were the overall number one team in all of college basketball were beaten by small school from the Missouri Valley Conference – Northern Iowa. Arm chair enthusiast brackets were busted from the north to the south as I sincerely doubt anyone had expected this upset to occur.

We all know that word of mouth advertising is the best type of marketing you can have for your business. The key is to get the word to spread as fast as possible.
